Cornell University
Chartered in 1865 and growing from a mere 412 students in 1868 to 20000 in 2014 students annually, Cornell is one of the pre-eminent colleges in USA. Located on Ithaca, New York with a campus so huge, you'd think it has its own zip code, Cornell offers something to anyone entering it's realm. The lush green campus (in Spring) has one of the most endearing sights that grabs one's attention: The old Carriage house turned student centre fondly called the big red barn (in pic) where students gather to relax and mingle with each other.
Cornell supports various Masters Programs from Arts to Sciences. However, the most popular Program for the Indian Engineers is Masters in Engineering (M. Eng) Program. It is a unique one year Program across 15 disciplines (http://www.engineering.cornell.edu/academics/graduate/degrees/meng/fields.cfm) that gears students for a career in Engineering.
Master of Engineering Tuition for 2012-13 is currently $21,592.50 per semester and $43,185 for the academic year.
